We highly suggest placing your order by the following schedules so that they may be dispatched from our warehouse in time for CNY:

Orders placed beyond the schedules above may likely be delivered after CNY.  

FREE SHIPPING on all local orders above $49
Delivered within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri)
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays & weekends will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Local deliveries only to locations within the main island of the Republic of Singapore & Sentosa Island.  Please refer to Appendix A here for non-delivery of restricted areas postal codes.

Delivered within 3 business days
You will receive a Ready for Collection email once it’s ready for pickup at your selected store.

A shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout for orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria..
Do reach out to our Customer care team should you require further assistance.
If the buyer requests a return-to-sender for international order, all shipping charges, both the 1st delivery and return-to-sender will be borne by the buyer.  A 2nd delivery request can be arranged at a fee to be paid by the buyer.

Your online purchase may be charged import customs duties & taxes fees which will be borne by you. As these fees vary, we are unable to advise on the amount payable. Do check with your authorities for more details.

While your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘In Progress’ in your Order History.

For ship-to-address - Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.
For self-collect - Once your order arrives at your selected store, we will send a ready-to-collect email to you.

If your order has been picked up for delivery, a change to another self-collect or ship-to-address destination will incur a 2nd delivery fee payable by you.

Your order will be return-to-sender.  A 2nd delivery request either via self-collect in stores or ship-to-address can be arranged at a fee to be paid by the buyer.
