RETURN POLICY


CHANGE OF MIND

At GG<5, we understand your Online purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return your item(s) for exchange or store credit. Returns must be made within 14 days from the in-store purchase date or online shipping date. Item(s) returned must be in their original condition, with price tag, unworn, unwashed or undamaged.

Please complete the Return Form for us to process your return for an exchange in size/colour/style or refund via store credit equivalent to the *purchase value into your GG<5 account, valid for six months.

The exchange item(s) has to be of equal value or higher, any remaining balance will be forfeited. When the exchange order requires a top-up or local re-delivery request (S$3.50), additional fees will be requested via email.

* Purchase value - If the order does not meet the promotion terms after return, the additional discount issued will be deducted from the return.

* Refunds are strictly not applicable on all orders. Purchase of gift cards is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Item(s) purchased with store credit are not eligible for further returns.

SALE ITEMS

Purchase of Sale items, excluding Special Price items are eligible for a one-time size/colour exchange of the same style. Reservation of inventory for size/exchange is strictly not allowed. If the size/colour request for an exchange is unavailable, you will be eligible to exchange for another item of the same value or higher.

Sale item(s) are not eligible for store credit.

Return via drop-off in-store after the Sale period will be handled by the back office. Please allow 7 business days to process.

PERFECT PAIRING

Purchase of Perfect Pairing sets is eligible for a size/colour exchange or a refund via store credits. All items in the set have to be returned for the request of refund via store credit.

PERFECT BUNDLE

Purchase of Perfect Bundle items is eligible for a change of size or colour. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must request a return and make a new purchase. Return store credit will be the final paid price excluding the bundle discount.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

You may return your Online order via the following methods:

Return at any GG<5 Store
Bring along the item(s) you wish to return, together with the Return Form to any of our stores to initiate the return process. Acceptance of your return at our store confirms that your order is eligible to be returned for Store Credit.

Return via Traceable Postage Service
Mail the item(s) to be returned, with your Return Form filled to the address stated below. It is recommended for the customer to use a traceable postage service as GG<5 does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. The postage fee will be at your expense.

  • Once your return or exchange has been accepted you will receive an email notification from us. It can take 7 business days to process the return once the package is received at the back office
  • GG<5 does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. it is recommended for the customer to use a traceable postage service. The postage fee will be borne by the customer
