RETURN POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

At GG<5, we understand your Online purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return your purchase*. Returns must be done within 30 days from the shipping date/from the date of delivery to stores. After your return has been confirmed, you’ll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your GG<5 account, valid for a year.

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please fill up the Return & Exchange Form accordingly for us to process the exchange order once your package has been received at the HQ. Any additional top-up required for the exchange order will be requested via email. The exchange item has to be of equal value or higher, any remaining balance will be forfeited.  Where local shipping is requested, a re-delivery charge of $3.80 will apply.

* Refunds are strictly not applicable on all orders. Purchase of gift cards are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Purchase of Sale items, excluding Special Price items are eligible for a one-time size/colour exchange of the same style or refund via store credits equivalent to the purchase* value of the item back into their GG<5 account, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.  In the case of an exchange and local shipping is requested, a re-delivery charge of $3.80 will apply.

*Purchase value - If the order does not meet the promotion terms after return, the additional discount will not be applicable and will be deducted from the refunded store credits.

Only a one-time refund of store credits is allowed.

Reservation of inventory for size exchange is strictly not allowed. If the size/colour request for an exchange is unavailable, store credits will be credited back to the account.

PERFECT PAIRING

Purchase of Perfect Pairing sets is eligible for a size/colour exchange or a refund via store credits. All items in the set have to be returned for the request for store credits refund.

PERFECT BUNDLE

Purchase of Perfect Bundle items is eligible for a change of size or colour. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must request a return and make a new purchase. Return store credits will be the final paid price excluding the bundle discount.

You may return your Online order via the following methods:


Return at any GG<5 Store

Bring along the item(s) you wish to return, together with the return & exchange form to any of our stores to initiate the return process. Acceptance of your return at our store confirms that your order is eligible to be returned for Store Credit.

Return via PostCo

Please contact our Customer Care team at contact@gg5.com to drop us a note regarding your return items. We kindly ask you to include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return and we will advise you on the next steps.

NOTE

  • Items must be packed securely in its original packaging together with the Return & Exchange Form. Items being returned for change of mind must be in their Original Condition, with their tags intact
  • Once your return or exchange has been accepted you will receive an email notification from us. It can take 2-5 business days to process the return once the package is received at HQ
  • If the SKU requested for an exchange is unavailable at the moment, store credits will be credited back to the account
  • GG<5 does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. it is recommended for the customer to use a traceable postage service. Postage fee will be borne by the customer
  • For International Customer Returns, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and the items you wish to return to initiate the return process
