HOW DO I JOIN GG<5 LOYALTY?
Online – Simply sign up with your email on our website and you’ll receive a one-time login link via email to get started.
In-store – Visit any of our locations, and our friendly staff will assist you with creating your account.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE DIFFERENT LOYALTY TIERS?
SILVER: Automatically unlocked – no minimum spending required.
GOLD: Spend SGD 800 within 12 months.
BLACK: Spend SGD 1,600 within 12 months of attaining GOLD.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LOYALTY TIER?
SILVER: No spending needed to stay in this tier.
GOLD: Spend SGD 800 within 12 months of reaching GOLD.
BLACK*: Spend SGD 2,400 within 12 months of reaching BLACK.

Points are awarded based on Singapore Dollars (SGD) spent, regardless of location.
- SILVER: Earn 1 point for every SGD 1 spent.
- GOLD: Earn 1 point for every SGD 1 spent.
- BLACK: Earn 2 points for every SGD 1 spent.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH POINTS EARNED?
Points can be redeemed for cash rebate in increments of 200 points. Save up to 1000 points for best value ($30 redemption).

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points are valid for 12 months and will expire at the end of the same month they were earned the following year.
WHEN DO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM CHANGES TAKE EFFECT?
Effective February 6, 2026:
- New customer welcome discount will be capped at $10 maximum
- Black tier annual renewal spending requirement will increase to $2,400
Effective March 1, 2026:
- Reward points redemption values will be adjusted. Members will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to redeem at previous rates until February 28, 2026.
