Frequently Asked Questions - RETURNS

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your package to us via the following methods:

  • Return to any GG<5 stores
  • Return via trackable post

For International Customer, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the items you wish to return to initiate the return process.

For more information on our return policy, please click here. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know.

Your return package drop-off to any GG<5 stores will be reviewed by our store assistants. 

Alternatively, if your return package is mailed to our office, kindly allow 7 business days for us to process upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return has been accepted. 

If you haven't received confirmation after 14 days, please contact our Customer care team with your order number.

Yes, if you have made a purchase in-store and for some reason need to make a return please contact the store where your item was purchased and they will assist you further. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care team.

We’ll drop you an email once we’ve processed your return. There will be a re-delivery fee of S$5.00 or you may collect them in-stores.
