Frequently Asked Questions - EXCHANGES

We provide a one-time size/colour/style exchange within 14 days of purchase for all items excluding Special Price items with your original receipt. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered in its original condition and with their tags unaltered and intact. 

The exchange item(s) has to be equal value or higher, any remaining balance will be forfeited. When the exchange order requires additional top-up or local re-delivery request (S$5.00), additional fees will be requested via email.

*Refunds are strictly not applicable via payment mode. Purchase of gift cards is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Exchanges can only be done at any of our stores.
